1 Introduction
1.1 www.heatime.co.uk (the Site) is operated by Fabdec Limited (we and us).
1.2 Use of the Site is on the conditions contained in this document (Conditions of Use). If you do not agree to these Conditions of Use, you should stop using the Site immediately. By accessing and using this Site you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Conditions of Use. They are a legal agreement between you and us and can only be amended with our consent. They should be read in conjunction with any details provided on the Site about how the Site operates and the services which are available.
1.3 In conjunction with these conditions of use, we recommend that you also read our Privacy Policy.
1.4 We reserve the right to change these Conditions of Use from time to time without prior notice by changing them on the Site.
2 Accessing the Site

7.3 Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Conditions of Use.
7.4 If any part of these Conditions of Use is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Conditions of Use shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.
7.5 You and we agree that English law applies to these Conditions of Use and that any dispute between us regarding the Site or arising out of or in connection with these Conditions of Use will only be dealt with by the English courts, unless you are resident in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will apply and any dispute will be brought before the courts there.

Forum rules

Use of our HEATIME users forum is subject to the following conditions.  Please note that we reserve the right to enforce these conditions at our discretion and to amend said conditions, as necessary and at any time without notice.

1. General
1.1 Use of the forum constitutes acceptance of the conditions of its use and an implicit agreement to abide by the rules thereof.
1.2 The forum is intended for the discussion of topics relating to HEATIME and associated activities.  Any topics or post discussing anything the Moderators and Administrators of this forum deem to be unconnected or innapropriate will not be permitted.
1.3 The policy of Administration and Moderation of this forum shall not be open for public discussion other than directly with said parties through private communications.
1.4 The site is intended for the exchange of information and experiences any references to manufacturers, techniques or methods should be made with due consideration to accuracy and fair use.  By using this site, the user agrees to remain soley responsibly for the content of their posts and agree to indemify the owners of this site in this respect.

2. Use of the forum
2.1 No material which may be construed as defamatory, abusive, vulgar, or otherwise in violation of any law may be posted on this site.
2.2 No information known to be subject to copyright may be posted unless prior consent has been received from the owner.
2.3 We reserve the right to remove such content as we feel could reasonably be considered in breach of these conditions.
2.4 Individual registration and password information should not be shared with any other user. Registered users agree through the registration process that they agree not to share this information nor to allow any other person to post to the site either with or without their permission.
2.5 No more than one live account may be held by any individual at any one time.  We reserve the right to delete additional accounts upon discovery.
2.6 Use of this site is intended for users, owners and operators of a HEATIME(tm) system.  We will take resonable steps to verify such status and reserve the right to request further information in support of individual applications.
 
3. Personal information
3.1 Users of the site should not post the contact details of others without their express permission.
3.2 Reproduction of private correspondance is prohibited unless the originator specifically indicates that this may be considered as in the public domain.

4. Validity of information
4.1 The administrators of the site cannot confirm the validity of all posts to the site and therefore are unable to warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of individual posts.
4.2 Any messages represent the views of the author and do not represent the views of Fabdec limited, SCR, their employees, partners or associates. 
4.3 Copyright in indivdual posts rests with the author although the forum owners reserve the right to utilise selected content for the purposes of marketing subject to the author's express permission.

5. Complaints about users
Any complaints about members or their posts should be directed at the Administrator, heatime.users@fabdec.com. Any such complaints should only be directed through this channel and should not be discussed in the forum. 

6. Complaints about moderators
Any complaints about moderation and /or administration of this site should be directed either by email to heatime.users@fabdec.com or via post to Heatime Website Administrator, Fabdec Limited, Grange Road, Ellesmere, Shropshire, SY12 9DG, UK.  Any such complaints should only be directed through these channels and should not be discussed in the forum.
